The Heart of a Teacher, The Soul of a Survivor

For 25 years, the classroom has been the rhythm of my life. To me, teaching is more than a profession; it is a vocation that has taught me that true education is found in patience, understanding, and meeting people where they are.

While I spent my days guiding students, my personal life was shaped by the fire of single motherhood. I navigated years of intense adversity and responsibilities that often felt too heavy to bear. In those seasons of survival, I discovered that patience is a lifeline and love is the grit that keeps you going when you have nothing left. I am a survivor because I refused to let these difficulties break my spirit.

My greatest legacy lives on through my two sons:
My youngest son, El, is finishing his degree in Marketing Management, a milestone that fills me with pride. My eldest son is in his second year of college, and I hold unwavering faith that he will complete his degree next year.

I am a co-creator of LifeBeyondIssues.com because I believe our scars are maps that help others find their way through the woods. I bring with me a lifetime of resilience and the proof that you can endure hardship and still emerge with a heart that is kind, loving, and patient. If you are struggling, know that you are not alone.
